Health Visitors
Health Visitors are qualified nurses with special training and experience in child health, health promotion and education. They support young families within the community and are able to advise on all aspects of parenting and family well being. This is on an individual or group basis, and can include smoking cessation, child health clinics, post-natal depression, baby massage and post-natal support. The Heath Visitors are based at the Health Centre where they can be contacted Monday to Friday.
