Dear Patients,

I regret to inform you that I am leaving the Ivybridge Medical Practice on 11th April 2013.

I am very sorry to be leaving and will miss all my patients.

Thank you for making my 30 years here so rewarding and fulfilling.

It has been a privilege to have been of service to so many of you during my time here, and to have known several generations of many families in the area.

It has been a difficult decision to make, partially related to a health problem. I apologise that I am leaving at such short notice. I do hope, when recovered, to be able to continue in medical practice at a future date.
