Closure of website

On the 1st May 2015 this website will be closed.

We now have a new website which you can visit by navigating to: www.beaconmedicalgroup.nhs.uk

If you currently use this website to order your repeat prescription you will need to sign up to our new service which is part of the NHS Online Access for patients project.

We are currently sending registration letters to those who use our old site to request prescriptions. However, if you wish to sign up please do visit the surgery bringing an item of photographic identification with you. You will be given your registration details in the same visit.

Welcome to the Ivybridge Health Centre Web Site. We as a practice offer a wide range of local NHS services. We have a host of expertise in all areas, with our Doctors, Practice Nurses, District Nurses, Midwives and Health Care Assistants working together to form a complete team.

This Web Site has been designed for you, the patient and also for the general public. We hope that you find it easy to use and informative. If you have any suggestion, please do let us know by clicking here.

From this web site, you can find out information about the surgery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Not only that, but you can also request your repeat prescription! Just click on 'Request prescription' above and you will be taken to a form. Fill the form in, click request and your prescription request will be sent to us directly at the surgery! It's no different to popping your re-order slip into the box in reception.

We do hope you enjoy your visit to the website. Please do let us know of any comments you may have.

Our new web site is now up and running

Patients will be receiving or will have received information through the post regarding the NHS HSCIC Care Data Programme.

This programme is intended to allow information to be used beyond the direct care of the patient for research purposes.

It is important that you read and understand what care data is. You can opt out, but you will need to tell us.

As a practice we are obliged to allow the extraction of data unless you specifically opt out. Therefore patients will need to make an informed choice and let us know before 1st August 2014.

To opt out, please either visit us and fill out of form available in reception, or contact us through this website.
